It finds the standards the spec references and drafts the Inspection & Test Plan —
sequenced tasks, acceptance criteria, hold and witness points. Edit it and file it to the job.

AI Check before submit
Runs the report against the spec. Missing readings, out-of-range values and gaps get caught
while the inspector is still on the job, not in a review queue a week later.

From the library, pasted in, or a PDF. Point it at the spec and
it builds the plan from there.

reviewer would have sent back. AI can be switched off for any company that doesn't want it.

Readings straight from the gauge. Connect it over Bluetooth and the readings drop in live, or hit Import to pull in a set already stored on the gauge. Nobody re-types a number.
Dew point and wet bulb work themselves out from air temp and RH.
Live pass/fail on every reading. Surface 5°F above dew point and RH at or below 85% shows green; anything else shows red.
AI reads the batch numbers. Snap the can label and AI pulls the batch numbers into the form — Part A and Part B. Scan a label to start a new product line.
Prep, profile, products and coats in one place, on the same form.
No signal, no problem. It saves on the device and syncs when the connection comes back.

Does it work with no signal?
Yes. Inspectors keep working offline. Reports save on the device and sync when the connection comes back.
What devices does it run on?
iPhone, iPad, Android, or any web browser.
Does it connect to our gauges?
Yes. FeView pairs with dry film thickness gauges over Bluetooth and pulls the readings straight into the report, so nobody re-types them.
Who owns the data?
You do. FeClad owns the software; your company owns its records. Reports file to your own SharePoint, and you can ask for a full export of every report, photo and file at any time.
Can other companies on the system see our work?
No. Each company's data is walled off from everyone else's.
Can our customers see their reports?
Yes. Give them a read-only login. They see completed reports for their own jobs and nothing else. Customer logins are free.
Can customers see our rates or costs?
No. Rates, costs and invoices stay on the contractor side.
What does the AI actually do?
It reads the coating or corrosion spec and finds the standards it references. From that it drafts the ITP or QIP with hold and witness points, plus the list of instruments the scope needs. Before a report goes out, AI Check runs it against the spec and flags missing readings, out-of-range values and gaps.
Can we turn the AI off?
Yes, company by company.
What reports come with it?
Daily Coating Inspection Report, Coating QC Test Record, JSA, Job Completion, cost and progress reports, and an SOP library.
Can we use our own standards?
Yes. Upload your own copies. We can't supply standards because of copyright.
How do we sign up?
There's no sign-up form. We set up your company, users and logins, and hand you working accounts.
How is it priced?
Per inspector and admin seat, in bands by company size. Customer logins are free.
